Shauna’s Driving Test
Bright and early this morning, Shauna and I headed down to the Greenup County court house so she could take her drivers test and hopefully become a full fledged, licensed driver. She was somewhat skeptical because she had already heard the horror stories about a particular tester failing everybody on their first attempt. So I think that she had already convinced herself that she would probably fail her first try. Then when we get there, there is already one person in line who had already failed the road test 2 or 3 times, so to have to listen to her concerns wasn’t helping the situation. So Shauna was one of the first to take her road course test. About 15 minutes later, the instructor called for me. I’m figuring that this couldn’t be good, but actually he wanted to let me know that Shauna did a very good job and that she passed her test. She can now drive by herself between the hours of 6am and 12am. Congratulations Shauna!

Not yet. Actually, after the first couple of times riding with her, I’m fine with her driving. It’s everybody else that I’m worried about.
