Of course we’re going to start with the geeky side of all men. We want information and we want it fast. At the top of coolness gadgetry is of course, the Apple iPad 2. Yes, there are numerous other tablets out there and yes, some of them are pretty cool, but lets face it, none can compare with the iPad 2. Now, without sounding like an “Apple Fanboy” which I’m not, if you want to stick with a strictly Windows environment, you may want to check out the Samsung Series 7 Slate PC. However, if you stick with a Windows tablet that is comparable to an iPad, it’s going to cost you about $1,100.00. Yeah…. I had given HP a try late last year with the HP Slate 500 Windows 7 machine and it failed miserably. I only had it a couple of months before selling it and buying an iPad 2. Now, I’m stuck on the iPad, I absolutely love it and it’s apps galore! Approximate cost: $199.00 to $1,200.00.
