So far, on my low carb diet, I’ve lost a total of 30.1 lbs. Still not eating anymore that 20 net carbs per day, cut way back on diet soda both at home and at work. Drinking much more water and eating more greens and other healthy carbs. I hope to start a more intense workout regiment soon, just have to be able to work into my crazy schedule of “things to do”. I want to be at my goal weight of 210 lbs. to 220 lbs. by spring. At this rate, it should be no problem. I don’t have a “sweet tooth”, so cutting out sugars has been very easy, but I do treat myself to a low carb, sugar free protein bar from time to time. If you get the right ones, they taste no different than a candy bar. However, some of them taste horrible, you just have to try them until you find one that you like.
