Day five of low carb diet and I’ve lost 9 pounds as of last night. Haven’t weighed myself today, so hopefully it’s even more. Keeping it under 10 grams of carbs per day for at least the first 2 weeks. Just finished a great meal of cat fish and brussel sprouts. Also cutting back on the diet pepsi. I’ve only had two 16 oz bottles all week at work. Instead, I’ve been drinking flavored water.
