After taking a closer look at the finished product and thinking it over for a few days, I decided to paint the brace for the swamp cooler the same color as the cooler itself. If I didn’t like it, I could easily revert right back to the blue. But after it was painted, there was no doubt in my mind that the brace looks 100 times better painted the same color as the cooler.
